Favorite Component about Teaching Gymnastics:
“There are three components of gymnastics that make me enjoy teaching the sport. First, working with children. It amazes me to see the way children approach new challenges and activities. It is always with an excitement. Children focus more on trying a new venture rather than nervous about failure. I think this quality is something to learn from. Secondly, gymnastics enhances physical strength, agility and coordination all of which is important in the development of children. Physical fitness is very often put to the side in children’s lives. Gymnastics is an outlet for developing physical fitness. Thirdly, gymnastics was a foundation for me and I am always delighted to share this great sport with children.”
