Our Trampoline and Tumbling classes are for students who would like to focus their efforts on the floor exercise, trampoline, and tumble track activities. These classes are beneficial for the child who wants to learn how to do flips for the first time through to the cheerleaders who want to get a back handspring or a back tuck for their cheer squad.
We offer two age levels of tumbling. The classes consist of time learning standing and running tumbling on our brand new spring floor, consecutive tumbling on the Tumble Track, and air awareness and flip timing on our in-ground trampoline.
Whether your child is interested in learning flips for extreme sports, cheerleading, break dancing, or just because he or she spends most of their free time upside down, our tumbling classes are the perfect place to begin and/or master these tumbling activities.
