Our Trampoline and Tumbling classes are for students who would like to focus their efforts on the floor exercise, trampoline, and tumble track activities. These classes are beneficial for the child who wants to learn how to do flips for the first time through to the cheerleaders who want to get a back handspring or a back tuck for their cheer squad.

We offer two levels or tumbling in order to most accurately teach the progressions of tumbling. The classes consist of time learning standing and running tumbling on our brand new spring floor, consecutive tumbling on the Tumble Track, and air awareness and flip timing on our in-ground trampoline.

All of our tumbling classes have specific skills that each student will be evaluated on once a month and progress reports are sent home accordingly. This enables you as parents to monitor the progress we as coaches see each practice. Whether your child is interested in learning flips for extreme sports, cheerleading, break dancing, or just because he or she spends most of their free time upside down, our tumbling classes are the perfect place to begin and/or master these tumbling activities.
