We offer top quality boys and girls gymnastics taught in a positive and encouraging environment. We emphasize correct technique in a progressive manner and encourage students to achieve in a welcoming atmosphere.
Every recreational level has specific target skills. Your gymnast is given a skills chart of these target skills.
No matter the level or age of your gymnast, Apollo is the place to learn exceptional gymnastics and the confidence to achieve.

Boys Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
These classes are designed for boys from the grades of kindergarten through 2nd grade.
While in the boys K-2nd grade gymnastics class each Apollo gymnasts will have the opportunity to progress from level 1 through level 4 as well as mastering strength and coordination that will benefit beyond gymnastics.

Monday: 5:30pm Tuesday: 5:30pm
Boys 3rd Grade - 5th Grade
These classes are designed for boys from the grades of 3rd through 5th grade.
While in the boys 3rd – 5th grade gymnastics class each Apollo gymnasts will have the opportunity to progress from level 1 through level 4 as well as mastering strength and coordination that will benefit beyond gymnastics.

Girls Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
The Girls’ K-2nd Grade Class is for girls in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Within these classes gymnast will work on their individual level progression. Whether it is to begin with the foundation of gymnastics knowledge or to prepare for competitive gymnastics each gymnast will form a strong base for their gymnastics future.
While in the Girls' K-2nd Class Grade gymnastics class each Apollo gymnasts will have the opportunity to progress from level 1 (intermediate level) through level 4 (advance level) as well as mastering strength and coordination that will benefit beyond gymnastics.

Monday: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, OR 5:30pm
Tuesday: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm OR 6:30pm
Wednesday: 3:30pm. 4:30pm OR 6:30pm
Thursday: 3:30pm, 5:30pm OR 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am OR 11:00 am
Girls 3rd Grade - 5th Grade

Girls 6th Grade and Up
These classes are designed for girls from the grades of 6th and up.
While in the girls 6th + gymnastics class each Apollo gymnasts will have the opportunity to progress from the intermediate to advanced levels as well as mastering strength, coordination, and balance that will benefit beyond gymnastics.
